"One strict" means strict
distribution method. The proportion of two-stroke mixed oil is very important.
There are different proportions and requirements in different periods.
"Three controls" (1) to control
the speed, the running in should be carried out in strict accordance with the
specified speed in the instructions. (2) Control the overload. The load during
the running in period should be controlled below 1 / 2 of the maximum load. It
is better not to carry people or objects and drive on a flat road. (3) Control
the time. During the running in period, the engine should not run for a long
time, and the engine should be stopped every 20-30 minutes. (4) "Three
diligence" frequently clean, frequently check lubricating oil, diligent
repair.
2. Replace the high-quality air filter in
time to ensure clean air intake in cylinder.
The function of the air filter is to filter
and purify the air entering the cylinder block to prevent dust from entering
the cylinder block. With the reciprocating movement of the piston, it is like
sandpaper rubbing the cylinder block, which quickly reduces the surface wear of
the cylinder block, which is easy to cause black smoke, oil spilling and even
cylinder pulling. The air filter should be cleaned every 1000 km (the dust on
the surface can be blown away by high-pressure air) and replaced every 2000 km
(if there is much dust on the road, the cleaning and replacement mileage should
be shortened accordingly). During cleaning and replacement, attention should be
paid to the installation in place, and the sealing should be reliable to
prevent dust from running in from side to side. Air filter selection must pay
attention to quality, the best use of the original factory genuine products,
there are some poor quality air filters on the market, the price is very cheap,
but can not effectively filter and purify air, easy to cause cylinder failure,
must pay attention to when selecting.
3. Timely change the high-quality engine
oil to keep the cylinder surface well lubricated.
The wear of liquid friction is much less
than that of dry friction. In order to avoid dry friction, oil should be well
adhered to the cylinder block and piston surface to form liquid friction. The
engine oil should have proper viscosity. Different models have different
requirements on the degree of staining. If it is too wet or too thin, the wear
will be accelerated. Therefore, if you want to use high-quality engine oil, it
is better to use the original special engine oil. Another advantage of using
special engine oil is to reduce the carbon deposit in the piston crown and
cylinder head, and prevent the carbon deposit from falling into the cylinder
body and causing scratch and wear on the surface of the cylinder block. When
the engine oil is used for a certain mileage, its viscosity will become
thinner, and the metal filings produced by friction will increase. If the
engine oil is used beyond a certain mileage, it will speed up the wear of the
cylinder block. Therefore, it is necessary to replace it in time. Unless
otherwise specified, the engine oil is generally replaced every 1000 km (except
the running in period). In addition, it is necessary to check the oil pressure
and oil gauge frequently. If the oil is reduced, one should replenish it in
time; the other is to judge whether it is normal and find out the reason, so as
to avoid the engine being used continuously when the oil is cut off.
